Job Overview We're looking for an experienced Test Advisory /Specialist with 10-12 years of experience driving large-scale QE maturity assessments and process improvements. You will be responsible for working closely with our international clients, including several Fortune 500 companies, to help them implement and mature their quality processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in test management and defect management tools. You must have a deep knowledge of the development lifecycle and Agile methodology to enhance our clients' testing strategies. Prior onsite travel experience will be an added advantage to this role. Job Requirements QE and Testing Experience: 10-12 years of hands-on experience in functional manual testing. Strong background in QE maturity assessments and process improvement, particularly in client-facing roles. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience actively engaging and communicating with international clients to understand and articulate critical requirements. Tools & Technologies: Hands-on experience as an Administrator on Jira, ADO, Xray, QTest, and TestRail. Proficiency in Test Management and Defect Management tools such as ALM, Jira, Bugzilla, Xray, QTest, TestRail, and ADO. Process & Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile methodology and testing integration across the development lifecycle. Experience with Test Strategy and Test Plan documentation, including risk management. Knowledge of Defect Lifecycle, root cause analysis, and process improvements for reducing defects. Test Automation & Performance Testing: Experience with test automation and performance testing. Models & Standards: Familiarity with industry-standard models such as TMMi, TPI, etc. Knowledge of TCoE establishment and implementation. Certifications (Preferred): ISTQB, CSQA, or similar Testing Certifications. Travel: Onsite travel experience (short or long-term) will be an advantage. Why QualiZeal?
