Test Advisory-Manager

As an experienced Test Advisory/Specialist with 10-12 years of experience in driving large-scale Quality Engineering (QE) maturity assessments and process improvements, your role at the company involves working closely with international clients, including Fortune 500 companies, to assist in implementing and maturing their quality processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting QE maturity assessments and process improvement initiatives for clients, particularly in client-facing roles. - Utilizing hands-on expertise in test management and defect management tools to enhance clients" testing strategies. - Demonstrating a deep understanding of the development lifecycle and Agile methodology. For this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - 10-12 years of hands-on experience in functional manual testing. - Strong background in QE maturity assessments and process improvement. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with international clients. - Proficiency in tools such as Jira, ADO, Xray, QTest, TestRail, ALM, and Bugzilla. - Deep understanding of Agile methodology and testing integration across the development lifecycle. - Experience with test automation and performance testing. - Familiarity with industry-standard models such as TMMi, TPI, etc. - Knowledge of TCoE establishment and implementation. - Preferred certifications like ISTQB, CSQA, or similar testing certifications. Additionally, onsite travel experience (short or long-term) will be advantageous for this position.
