We are seeking an experienced Test Advisory/Specialist with 10-12 years of expertise in driving large-scale QE maturity assessments and process improvements. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our global clients, including Fortune 500 companies, to assist them in implementing and enhancing their quality processes. The ideal candidate should possess practical knowledge in test management and defect management tools, along with a profound understanding of the development lifecycle and Agile methodology to elevate our clients" testing strategies. Previous onsite travel experience would be beneficial for this position. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting functional manual testing with 10-12 years of hands-on experience. - Demonstrating a strong background in QE maturity assessments and process improvement, particularly in client-facing roles. - Engaging effectively with international clients to comprehend and articulate critical requirements through exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Serving as an Administrator on tools like Jira, ADO, Xray, QTest, and TestRail. - Proficiency in Test Management and Defect Management tools such as ALM, Jira, Bugzilla, Xray, QTest, TestRail, and ADO. - Deep comprehension of Agile methodology and testing integration throughout the development lifecycle. - Experience in creating Test Strategy and Test Plan documentation, including risk management, and implementing process improvements to minimize defects. - Familiarity with test automation and performance testing. - Knowledge of industry-standard models like TMMi, TPI, etc., TCoE establishment, and implementation. - Preferred certifications in ISTQB, CSQA, or similar Testing Certifications.
