Territory Sales Manager

Job Description – Sales & Brand Manager (Regional)Key Responsibilities:Achieve brand-wise targeted sales volume and market share on a monthly basis. Implement strategies for product positioning, visibility, market penetration, new market development, retail segmentation, sales mix, and pack sizes to drive business growth and exceed profit margins. Plan and execute marketing, merchandising initiatives, and brand activations within allocated budgets, aligned with organizational and regional objectives. Drive sales promotion activities to generate demand, push sales, and build/sustain a strong brand image. Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to ensure high performance and effective market execution. Collaborate with Marketing and Finance teams to set sales goals, budgets, and achieve/exceed sales targets. Ensure adherence to commercial discipline and manage statutory compliance as per regulations. Focus on people leadership: nurture, grow, and manage functional talent to build a strong, capable team. Foster an innovative, consumer-focused culture by managing individual and team performance expectations. Conduct competitive mapping and market intelligence gathering to track trends and opportunities in the territory. Manage both On-Trade and Off-Trade channels for the region. Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. 7–12 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or brand management, preferably in FMCG/Beverage/Consumer Goods industries. Proven track record of achieving sales and market share targets. Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills. Excellent understanding of trade channels (On & Off trade) and market dynamics. Strong analytical skills, market intelligence, and decision-making ability. Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
