Job Description: Territory Sales Manager You Will Be responsible to achieve ABP (Dispatch, retail and Market Share) through effective Lead management, leveraging sales enablers, proper implementation of the dealer sales process, timely funds review & collection, trained manpower availability at the Dealership along with Customer Experience & Accessories sales. To Be Successful, You Will Be Expected To Passion: A deep and unwavering enthusiasm for one's job, driving a commitment to excellence and a desire to achieve both personal and organizational goals Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with deep understanding of sales principles and techniques. Customer Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Market Analysis: Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and identifying business opportunities. Leadership: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly and persuasively. Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadline You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills: Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets. 4-10years of experience Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Understanding of sales performance metrics. Experience in customer relationship management and account management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field; master’s degree preferred. Travel within the assigned territory required.
