Work Profile: Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

Designation

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Officer (SO) Management

• Recruit and manage a team of Sales Officers in the assigned territory
• Assign daily/weekly/monthly targets to SOs
• Guide and motivate the team to achieve sales goals

2. Territory Development

• Identify and appoint new

  distributors

  in the assigned territory
• Develop

  direct industrial customers

  for bulk LPG supply
• Coordinate with the plant team for bulk order fulfillment

3. Sales Execution

• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Plan and monitor sales force activities and productivity
• Observe and analyze reports such as

  Sales Offtake, CTR

  , and others

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Regularly report sales, team performance, and market insights to ASM
• Communicate with the

  plant

  for distributor and customer orders
• Provide payment updates and follow-ups with customers

5. Distributor & Customer Management

• Handle distributor queries and resolve operational issues
• Coordinate with the plant for new distributor setup and support
• Provide distributor/customer details to

  Accounts

  and

  Admin staff

6. Documentation & ERP Support

• Assist with

  master data creation

  for new customers or distributors
• Ensure accurate

  ERP entries

  if required
• Maintain and update customer/distributor records

7. Rate Updates & Communication

• Coordinate with

  distributors and customers

  to inform about monthly or special

  rate updates

• Ensure timely and clear communication of any price changes or commercial terms
