Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager at NoBrokerHood. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies for market penetration. Key responsibilities include working with internal teams to support client needs, analyzing market trends for strategic planning, negotiating contracts, and achieving business growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Should have 1 year to 2 years of Experience in Business Development/Field Sales.
  • Should be Proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory.
  • Proven skills in business development, lead generation, and sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in market analysis and strategic planning
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team.
  • Should have a own two wheeler with a valid driver's license.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in prop-tech, SaaS, or real estate-related industries is an advantage
