Territory Sales Manager

You will be responsible for leading school partnership development for Supplementary Learning Programs in the assigned territory. Your main tasks will include identifying and approaching potential partner schools, conducting consultative meetings with school leaders, presenting and demonstrating ALLENs supplementary programs, managing the complete sales cycle, coordinating with internal teams, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate records using CRM tools. - Identify and approach potential partner schools in the assigned territory - Conduct consultative meetings with school leaders to understand academic needs - Present and demonstrate ALLENs supplementary programs as academic solutions - Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets - Maintain accurate records using CRM tools Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred) - 3-8 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales (preferably in education, edtech, or publishing) - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills - Proven ability in consultative or solution-based selling - Self-motivated and target-driven - Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM platforms - Must have a valid driving license and access to a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler In this role, you will have the opportunity to represent a trusted national education brand.
