Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth within a specific geographic region. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base in the real estate sector by selling lead generation services and managing relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within your assigned territory. Identify and target potential real estate clients, conduct sales presentations, and close deals for lead generation services. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and ensuring satisfaction with lead quality. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and enhance the company's positioning in the market. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and key performance metrics to senior management. Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to develop campaigns that drive lead generation and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients. Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and identify opportunities for upselling additional services. Travel within the territory to meet with clients and prospects, as required. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate or lead generation industry. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Knowledge: Understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, and real estate industry trends. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
