Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Primary and Secondary Sales.
  • Responsible for Channel Development in assigned area. Ensuring the achievement of monthly targets with growth in market on regular basis.
  • Motivate the Dealers and Distributors, to meet Sales Target and Organizational Growth.
  • Generating Sales & Achieving Sales Target.
  • Maintain the Competitor Sales data and performed
  • Development of new dealers and distributors.
  • Keep order supplies and inventory at optimal levels.
  • Responsible of my brand, giving the entire area wise target to all the products.
  • Monthly meeting with higher officials for better Sales and collection.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate having sales and BD experience in Lithium Ion Battery and Lead-Acid Battery for both Aftermarket and 3Wheeler OEM sales.
