Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue & margin goals for the assigned territory.
  • Market Development: Drive penetration and growth in the territory through strategic initiatives.
  • Channel Management:
  • Build, manage, and expand dealer/distributor and retailer network.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate channel partners for sustained performance.
  • Promotions & Incentives: Execute channel incentive schemes, trade programs, and promotional activities to boost sales and off-take.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
