Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate sales revenue through the sale of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) across the designated region.
2. Lead and manage sales enquiries in the assigned territory, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
3. Visit customer sites for application studies to determine the suitability of MHE solutions based on specific operational requirements.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
5. Develop new markets by identifying and Onboarding new customers across various sectors.
6. Manage the collection of advances, payments, and outstanding dues, ensuring compliance with company credit policies.
7. Project and report monthly and quarterly sales requirements and forecasts.
8. Create market awareness for MHE solutions through proactive customer engagement and marketing initiatives.
9. Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and market exploration activities to identify new business opportunities.
10. Manage the end-to-end enquiry lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation, timely responses, and effective conversion of leads into orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the MHE or capital goods industry.
3. Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and application-based selling.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
5. Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
