Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • To identify potential customers through market study, discuss and demonstrate the products with potential customers thereby convincing them about the quality and value of company products.
  • To travel within the assigned territories and manage the business in these territories independently
  • Timely resolution of customer issues (if any) in coordination with supervisors to achieve customer excellence in own territories.
  • To invite the potential customers and key customers for any training program or event/activities those are being conducted by the organisation and ensure participation commitments from the customers
  • To coordinate with training & education team w.r.t any activity/training program or any other event which involves customers thereby ensuring fixed assets and any other infrastructure as required are in place
  • Create raising awareness of the companys products and its goodwill through different activities/seminars/events
  • Ensure that he/she is up to date with product knowledge and developments within the sector
  • Tobeable to think quickly about the best financial plan (discounts etc.) for the customer and exercise decision making power efficiently and appropriately
  • To maintain and excel in monthly sales achievement (quarterly/monthly/annually), key product development, account development activities, product/industry knowledge, coverage and call average
  • To identify targeted list of customers, constantly touch base with them as well as within agreed intervals to update the list with potential customers, meet them according to the assigned frequency, book orders for products and submit reports on the same to management

  • Excellent product knowledge
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to handle customers and independently manage large geography
  • Good Work Ethics and Positive Attitude as Team Player.
  • Good in Time Management & Interpersonal Skills
  • Candidates who have demonstrated significant successes in business growth in previous experience need to only apply.
  • Candidates who have successfully created new markets in their experience is appreciated
  • Proficient in Speaking and Written communication in English.
  • Minimum3-8 Years work experience in the Dental Devices industry/experience in selling medical devices or specialty Pharma products.
  • Candidates who have successfully created new markets in their experience is appreciated.

  • Age Limit: Upto 35Years is Preferable
  • Two Wheelers with Driving RTO License mandator
