Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Increase product sales and market share in the assigned territory
  • Maintain regular contact with distributors and retailers
  • Appoint and develop new retailers / outlets
  • Ensure product availability in the market at all times
  • Conduct regular market visits and beat planning
  • Monitor distributor stock, orders, and supply
  • Implement company schemes and promotions
  • Ensure product visibility and branding at retail counters
  • Track and report competitor activities
  • Prepare and submit daily / weekly sales reports
  • Collect payments and control outstanding dues
  • Maintain good relationships with trade partners
  • Resolve retailer and distributor issues
  • Train and support field sales staff (if applicable)
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales manager on strategy
  • Follow company policies and compliance guidelines
  • Maintain discipline in reporting and daily working
  • Represent the company positively in the market
