Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jodhpur for a Territory Sales Officer at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd. The role involves managing and maintaining relationships with distributors and channel partners, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth within the allocated territory. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, identifying opportunities for growth, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Distribution Management and Channel Sales
Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management
Understanding of Business operations and strategies
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
Ability to analyze market trends and strategically expand business opportunities
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the paints or related industry
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
