Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategy to achieve targets for auto spare parts.
  • Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributors, dealers, and key accounts
  • Lead, guide, and monitor Sales In-Charges / field sales team
  • Drive market expansion, product penetration, and brand visibility
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure timely collections and control outstanding receivables
  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, finance, and customer service teams
  • Resolve escalated customer and channel partner issues
  • Review sales MIS, forecasts, and performance reports regularly
