Role Description

As a full-time Territory Head, you will be responsible for sourcing NTB clients for working capital cases as well as managing the existing portfolio. Key responsibilities include driving sales and branch growth, strategically managing and developing client accounts, leading and mentoring teams to achieve targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will also be expected to monitor territory performance, analyze market trends, and implement strategies for sourcing new customer base for working capital limits limits like CC, OD, TL, BG, LC, EPC, PCFC etc and customer retention. This is an on-site role located in Bhiwadi.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance, interpret data of Balance sheet, and make informed decisions.
• Expertise in Account Management, including maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets effectively.
• Team Management capabilities to lead, motivate, and coach team members to achieve organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Prior experience in the banking, financial services, or related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhiwadi and travel locally as required.
