HDFC Bank is expanding its Micro Enterprise Group – Unsecured Working Capital vertical, and we’re looking for Territory Heads to lead and drive business growth. This is a leadership role where you will manage a team of 8 Relationship Managers and play a key role in empowering MSMEs with financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8 Relationship Managers
✅ Drive sales of unsecured working capital loans for MSMEs
✅ Develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach
✅ Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure portfolio quality
𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆?
✔ Minimum 5 years of team handling experience in Banking, NBFC MSME lending, NBFCs, or Banking
✔ Strong leadership, GTM Strategy, Sales, and business development skills
✔ Deep understanding of MSME credit underwriting needs and market dynamics
