Dental Technician

Dental Technician or Dental Surgeon with strong proficiency in digital full arch implant prosthesis design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design digital full arch implant prostheses (All-on-X, hybrid, implant supported restorations)
• Utilize Exocad and 3Shape software for precise and efficient dental CAD design
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure accurate treatment planning and restorative outcomes
• Design and manage guided surgical guides, including verification of implant positioning and prosthetic-driven planning
• Operate and manage 3D printing workflows, including file preparation, printer setup, post-processing, and quality control.
• Ensure all designs meet clinical, functional, and aesthetic standards.
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow established lab protocols
• Stay current with advancements in digital dentistry, implant systems, and materials.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Dental Technician with a focus on Digital Workflows
• Strong proficiency in Exocad and/or 3Shape dental lab software.
• Demonstrated experience designing full arch implant prostheses.
• Solid understanding of implant systems and restorative concepts.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of guided surgical guide workflows
• Hands-on experience with 3D printers & Resins used in dental applications
• Familiarity with Multiple Implant Systems and Materials
• Experience with digital smile design and Full Digital Case Planning.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with dentists and team members.
