• Ensure regular flow of market information

Major Duties

• Sell, service and build strong relationships with existing & new schools and retailers
• Plan & execute promotional activities to generate demand
• Ensure width & depth of penetration across institutions and outlets
• Motivate distributors to increase display space and visibility
• Identify conventional and non-conventional institutions for expanding distribution
• Ensure strong visibility (sign boards, shelf space, product displays)
• Gather market intelligence on competition, pricing, schemes, and product launches
• Submit timely reports and updates in prescribed formats
• Coordinate payments and administration with distributors

Minor Duties

• Support HO activities during the off-season
• Prepare weekly journey plans
• Submit monthly travel & expense reports
• Maintain specimen stock (issue & return)

Preferred Personality Profile

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Commitment to following sales systems and company norms
• Good communication skills (English)
• Ability to independently handle customer queries
• Good computer proficiency

Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing

1–2 years
