Job Title: Senior Sales Executive / Territory Manager Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat Reporting To: Director CTC: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Incentives + Bonuses + Travel/Field Expenses Industry: Electrical Distribution & B2B Sales ________________________________________ Role Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive / Territory Manager to spearhead B2B sales for our newly launched electrical dealership operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding our presence across infrastructure, industrial, and government sectors. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end B2B sales of electrical products, including: Cables, Wires, Switchgear, Lighting, Solar Equipment, and Fans • Identify and acquire new business from: Government departments, Infrastructure contractors, builders, and architects and Solar EPC companies and industrial clients • Respond to tenders and BOQs; prepare quotations and technical proposals • Maintain and grow a qualified sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets • Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payment collections • Coordinate with internal teams: Accounts, Inventory/Stores, and Vendor Management • Represent the company in key pre-bid and project-related meetings ________________________________________ Desired Qualifications & Experience: • 4 to 7 years of proven experience in electrical product sales, preferably with brands such as Polycab, KEI, Havells, RR Kabel, etc. • Strong understanding of Technical specifications and BOQs, Site-level requirements and electrical load planning Pricing logic and negotiation in B2B environments • Existing network in government departments, infra contractors, or industrial sectors • Proficient in Gujarati and English; strong communication and presentation skills • Self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently ________________________________________ What We Offer: • Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives and bonuses • Reimbursement of business-related expenses • Opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing business with a targeted annual turnover of ₹50 Cr • Direct reporting to leadership with autonomy to manage your territory
