Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow market share in your assigned territory.2. Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, to promote and sell IPL Biologicals products and solutions.3. Work closely with distributors and internal sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with company objectives.4. Provide product education and support to healthcare professionals, including in-service training and product demonstrations.5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats and adjust sales strategies accordingly.6. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.7. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and customer support.8. Represent IPL Biologicals at industry conferences, tradeshows, and other events to promote our products and build brand awareness.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in business, life sciences, or related field.- At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.- Strong business acumen and understanding of the biotechnology industry and healthcare landscape.- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.If you are a motivated, results-driven sales professional with a passion for the biotechnology industry, then we want to hear from you.
