Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Territory Manager to join our team in Nashik. This on-site role involves driving business growth within the designated territory through effective sales strategies, building relationships with clients and partners, and managing insurance consultants to achieve sales targets. The Territory Manager will also oversee the recruitment, training, and development of new consultants, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expanding the customer base and improving service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Business Development to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Experience in Team Management and Leadership for recruiting, training, and motivating insurance consultants.
  • Knowledge of Financial Products, especially life insurance, with the ability to explain plans to clients effectively.
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills to build customer trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to assess market trends, optimize sales strategies, and achieve goals.
  • Relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required. MBA is an advantage.
