WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE POSITION

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Understanding the Purpose of existence of the company - 20.95
  • Developing Network and Value Chain Partners associated with multiple industries such as Steel, Cement, Paint, Pipe, Electrical, FMCG or as per companys area of operation.
  • Liaising and explaining the companys Purpose, Objectives and Benefits to the Value Chain Partners Distributors, Dealers, Whole sellers, Retailers/Shopkeepers, and key influencers - Shilpkaar, Electrician, Plumber, Painter, etc.
  • Listening ear with solution centric approach to build and nurture relationships at ground.
  • Educating the Value Chain Partners about the HUMBEE digital application (available on Google/Apple Play Store), its objective, process, and larger benefits for the partners.
  • Timely distribution of the Program Benefits to all the Value Chain Partners of various industries.
  • Should be able to capture and share real time market feedback basis ground connect.

Qualification and Skills required

1) Graduate in any discipline.

2) Candidates with 3-7 years of prior sales experience in the following industries are preferable.

a. App based - Digital, Payment Gateway, E-Commerce

b. Building construction Material Steel, Cement, Paint, Electrical, etc.

3) Passionate enough to go out and meet people, candidate must have good communication skills, fluency in Hindi and workable knowledge of English language.

Should be digitally savvy enough to work using smart phones.
