Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Business Manager, located in Rajkot. The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships within the assigned territory. Key tasks include achieving sales targets, working with distributors, and providing support to farmers. The role also involves market analysis, strategy implementation, and regular reporting on sales activities.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills
• Experience in Market Analysis and Strategy Implementation
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in the agriculture sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in local languages and English
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
