Job Description

Develop business plans and implement customer events, sales & marketing campaigns, and sales presentations to achieve agreed objectives.
Achieve sales targets within budgets and timescales, providing key account/hospital network support and market access.
Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors.
Ensure customer satisfaction and best-in-class customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through co-operative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives.
Follow all adverse events guidelines, Code of Conduct Guidelines as promoted by Novartis, and demonstrate behavior in accordance with Novartis code of practices.
