Assistant Manager-Tender /Senior Tendering Executive

Job description Core Responsibilities –

1. Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle.

2. Search Tender & taking approval & bidding tender.

3. Follow-up with clients & attend tender openings.

4. Continuously track and monitor the opportunities.

5. Preparation of Pre-bid Queries.

6. Study tender documents & prepare/arrange technical commercial documents.

7. Online tender submission on various online portals (GEM) & Offline Tender drafting and Submission.

8. Discussing with management regarding clarification of tenders.

9. Understanding of pre-qualification requirements.

10. Continuously updating tender MIS.

11. Handling e-tendering registration.

12. Keeping record of documents, maintaining files, and necessary documents.

13. Check various Tender Search systems daily and identify any contracts that may be of interest to the Company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes.

14. To follow relevant procedures for tender compilation, authorization, and dispatch.

15. Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines.

16. To maintain confidentiality at all times.

17. Responsible for handling the entire tender from registration of inquiry till finalization of order.

Desired candidate profile:

Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English

Good computer skills including Microsoft Suite, especially MS Excel

Well-versed with Gem Portal

Education: B. Tech/B.E./BCA/or Any Graduate Industry type: Consumer Electronics, Appliances, Durables, Consultancy Functional area: Sales, Retail, Development, Consulting Employment Type Full Time, Permanent
