The company prioritizes customer-centricity, robust business relationships, and innovation in delivering Supply, Installation, Commissioning, and Operations services in Civil, Electrical, Solar, and EV charging stations.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Tender Specialist at NexGen Digital Infrastructures in Gurugram. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for tender management, analytical tasks, communication, proposal writing, and procurement processes within the Infrastructure sector.


We are seeking an experienced and proactive Tender Manager who is well-versed in the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal and Renewable Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and applying for relevant tenders, securing orders, and ensuring compliance with government procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and search for relevant tenders on the GEM portal. Prepare and submit tender applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Liaise with government officials and departments to follow up on submitted tenders and secure orders.
  • Maintain detailed records of all tenders, submissions, and outcomes. Stay updated with government procurement policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and support for tender submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in tender processes.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in government tendering processes, particularly in the Renewable Industry.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement policies and procedures. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with government departments.
  • Experience in the Renewable industry is a must.
  • Knowledge of procurement and supply chain management principles.
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management.
