Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist, based in Delhi, India. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire tender process from preparation to submission, analyzing requirements, and ensuring compliance with policies. Daily tasks include preparing detailed proposals, liaising with procurement teams, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making. Strong communication skills are required to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tender Management and Proposal Writing
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to provide insights
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge in Procurement processes and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
• Experience in the telecom or EV infrastructure industry is a plus
