Tendering Manager

We are hiring for Bid Manager for Noida location for IT Industry company.

Location - Noida Sector 132

Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Bid Management: Oversee the entire bidding process, from initiation to final submission. Commercial Bid Review: Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring that all services are accurately reflected in the final customer pricing. Support Marketing & Sales: Assist in gathering intelligence related to upcoming bids and tenders, and provide support for the sales and marketing teams. Proposal Preparation: Ensure the quality and timely submission of proposals and bids. Tender Tracking: Track and monitor tenders/RFPs for new bids and design competitions. Bid Process Management: Manage the bidding process, including forming consortiums with partner firms, preparing bid documents, and ensuring proper follow-up until bid submission. Documentation & Submission: Handle the documentation for tender submissions. Successful Bid Delivery: For successful bids, oversee the delivery of work between partners and internal teams. Market Scanning: Identify strategic market opportunities and potential partners for collaborations or tie-ups

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in bid management, tender processes, and RFPs within the IT industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Experience in managing the full lifecycle of bids and proposals.
4. Experience of all the bidding portals like Gem, Eprocure, Ariba, SAP etc..
