Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Bid Management: Oversee the entire bidding process, from initiation to final submission. Commercial Bid Review: Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring that all services are accurately reflected in the final customer pricing. Support Marketing & Sales: Assist in gathering intelligence related to upcoming bids and tenders, and provide support for the sales and marketing teams. Proposal Preparation: Ensure the quality and timely submission of proposals and bids. Tender Tracking: Track and monitor tenders/RFPs for new bids and design competitions. Bid Process Management: Manage the bidding process, including forming consortiums with partner firms, preparing bid documents, and ensuring proper follow-up until bid submission. Documentation & Submission: Handle the documentation for tender submissions. Successful Bid Delivery: For successful bids, oversee the delivery of work between partners and internal teams. Market Scanning: Identify strategic market opportunities and potential partners for collaborations or tie-ups
