Contract & Tendering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tenders for

  Railway & Metro EPC projects

  .
• Conduct detailed

  BOQ analysis

  , quantity take-offs, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with

  GCC, FIDIC

  , and other relevant contractual guidelines.
• Evaluate tender documents, scope of work, and identify commercial and contractual risks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate

  contractual terms and claims

  with clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, and legal teams to gather inputs and align on tender strategies.
• Maintain updated knowledge of relevant

  government tender portals

  , circulars, and amendments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and proposals—

  within 30 days maximum

  per tender cycle.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in contracts & claims management

  specific to infrastructure projects.
• In-depth knowledge of

  GCC / FIDIC contract conditions

  .
• Strong

  negotiation and analytical skills

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  .
• Excellent

  communication skills in English & Hindi

  (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

• Experience:

  8 to 12 years of proven experience in

  Railway / Metro EPC projects

  tendering and contract management.

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates with prior experience in both

  EPC and government/BOQ-based tendering

  .
• Familiarity with Indian railway/metro tendering procedures and regulatory requirements.
