Position Summary:

Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and track relevant tenders from online portals (GeM, CPPP, e-Tender portals, etc.) and government notifications.
• Analyze tender documents to determine eligibility, scope, and technical/commercial requirements.
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender proposals accurately and within deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Technical, Finance, Legal, Sales) to collate necessary documentation.
• Maintain an organized database of tenders, submissions, bid outcomes, and other relevant records.
• Communicate with tendering authorities to clarify pre-bid queries and ensure compliance.
• Assist in the finalization of contracts and post-award documentation.
• Support in vendor registration, empanelment processes, and e-procurement setups.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant statutory/government regulations.

Key Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of

  government tendering procedures

  and

  GeM portal

  operations.
• Strong documentation, drafting, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking.

Preferred Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Engineering background preferred).
• Prior experience in a similar role within industrial or automation sectors is a plus.
