Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Manager located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Tendering Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the tendering process, which includes preparation of tender documents, procurement activities, and liaising with sales and project management teams. Daily tasks will involve formulating competitive bids, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, estimating project costs, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. The Tendering Manager will also play a key role in supporting the company's strategic sales initiatives and securing new contracts.

• Project Management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in the EPC contracting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
