Productivity & Quality Purpose of the Position : He / She is responsible for Designing & reviewing Transmission Line Poles Job Description: Ensure compliance with ISO documentation standards and established engineering processes. Review and interpret technical inputs provided by clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Engage with clients to discuss and independently professionally resolve technical matters. Carry out structural calculations related to electrical clearances, sag-tension, loadings, and pole design. Prepare and review drawings, sketches, quotations, and technical offers with attention to detail. Apply foundation design expertise (Caisson, Raft, Isolated, Pile, etc.) in project requirements. Review and validate designs, drawings, and technical documentation. Develop Bills of Materials (BOM) and review assembly and shop drawings. Prepare cost estimates for products in coordination with relevant teams. Support the Sales team by preparing accurate and timely technical quotations. Conduct engineering inspections of prototype towers, ensuring compliance with specifications. Collaborate effectively with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by senior engineering staff, in consultation with the supervisor. Experience conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and investigations. Certifications: NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent safety certification preferred. First Aid and CPR certification.
