Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QS (Quantity Surveyor) Engineer located in Tamil Nadu, India. The QS Engineer will be responsible for preparing and analyzing cost estimates, managing project budgets, administering contracts, and ensuring cost control throughout project life cycles. Day-to-day tasks include measuring and valuating construction work, preparing tender documents, conducting risk analysis, and liaising with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and analyzing cost estimates, project budgets, and administering contracts
• Proficiency in measurements and valuation of construction work, preparing tender documents, and conducting risk analysis
• Ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, and contractors
• Strong organizational,and analytical skills
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and project management software
• Diploma Civil , Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines
• Experience in the water, waste water, and industrial building sectors is an advantage
