Job description:
Prepare BOQ and cost estimates for Civil Engineering projects.
Prepare RA Bills and timely submission to ongoing projects.
Co-ordinate with Project PM’s/MEP Team to consolidate the RA bills.
Necessary site visit and initiate measurements for RA Bills.
RA Bill track report and update records
Monitor Project budgets and expenditures, advise PM’s as necessary
Conduct site visits for checking of Contractor bills against work progress for Payment Certification.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Joint measurements with client representative
