Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1) Experience in Tender Management with a focus on Government e-Marketplace (GeM).
2) Proficiency in tender searching and participating in reverse auctions. 3)Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). 4) Ability to create and maintain technical documentation. 5)Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 6) Manage tender processes on Government e-Marketplace (GeM). 7) Conduct tender searching and participate in reverse auctions. 8) Handle customer relationship management (CRM) for tender inquiries. 9) Prepare and maintain technical documentation for tender submissions.

10) Searching new tenders, screening & analyzing the eligibility to participate for the tender.

11) Uploading the tender documents online & final submission of tender.

12) Preparing bid documents and getting it validated by the management.

13) Handling GEM portal, searching and identifying relevant tenders.

14) Proper documentation for uploading with bid.

15) Track the bid processing till order receipt.

16) Develop compelling correspondence, tender submission.

Preferred candidate profile

Relevant Industry profile preferable.
