Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Senior Engineer located in the Greater Kolkata Area, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Solar Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing PV systems, preparing electrical designs, overseeing project execution, ensuring integration of solar power systems, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Job Description: Tejas Globex Private Limited (TGPL) is looking for a proactive Tender Executive to support end-to-end tendering activities for Solar EPC projects. The role focuses on tender identification, documentation, compliance, and timely submission across government and private procurement portals. Key Responsibilities: Search and track tenders on GeM, CPPP, DISCOM, PSU, and e-procurement portals Download, study, and summarize tender documents and eligibility criteria Prepare technical documents, compliance sheets, and bid checklists Coordinate with engineering, finance, and procurement teams for inputs Assist in BOQ preparation, costing support, and commercial documentation Upload bids and ensure timely, error-free submission Handle pre-bid queries, corrigendums, and clarifications Maintain tender records, MIS reports, and bid status tracking Required Skills: Basic understanding of Solar EPC tendering process Working knowledge of GeM and CPPP portals Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF handling Strong attention to detail and deadline discipline Good communication and coordination skills Experience: 1–3 years of experience in tendering (Solar / EPC / Electrical preferred) Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred) Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience
