Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Solar Senior Engineer located in the Greater Kolkata Area, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Solar Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing PV systems, preparing electrical designs, overseeing project execution, ensuring integration of solar power systems, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The individual will also ensure compliance with relevant standards, optimize system performance, and provide technical support during project lifecycles.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of the Solar Industry, Solar Power, and Solar Systems
  • Experience in PV Design and Electrical Design
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in software tools for solar design and analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the solar energy industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
