Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Executive to join our team. The Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the organization, preparing tenders, interacting with authorities, and managing billing processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion. Tender Preparation: Prepare and submit tender documents, meeting all requirements and deadlines. Authority Liaison: Communicate with authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure compliance. Billing Management: Prepare, submit, and manage monthly billing; ensure accuracy and timeliness. Team Leadership: Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and task delegation. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks promptly. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change logs, Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Problem Solving: Address project-related issues and conflicts promptly, providing effective solutions to keep projects on track. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices in project management and contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience Proven ability to manage multiple projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in tender preparation and dealing with authorities. Skills: Strategic thinking and problem-solving. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
