Tender Executive

Job Title: Tender Executive Company: Wishtel Private Limited Location: Sion, Mumbai Industry: IT – Computing Products Reporting To: Business Development Manager Experience: 0.6 – 1.5 years (preferably in Sales/Tender Management) Education: Graduate – B.Com, BMS, BA, BBA, or B.Tech (ECE preferred) Notice Period: Immediate or within 15 days Preference: Female candidates preferred Job Overview: Wishtel is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive (female preferred) to support tendering and government procurement activities. The role includes identifying tenders, submitting bids, coordinating with partners, and supporting sales documentation. Key Responsibilities: Identify and track tenders via GEM, e-portals, and trade platforms Manage product listings and empanelment with government bodies and PSUs Prepare and submit bids, maintain MIS and related documentation Perform competitor analysis and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders Support lead generation and follow-up activities Requirements: Excellent communication skills (English – written & verbal) Tech-savvy; proficient in Excel, email tools, and internet research Organized, responsible, and able to multitask Strong documentation and coordination abilities. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
