Job Title: Telecaller – Customer Feedback Executive Company: Wishtel India Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai Experience: 0.6 – 2 years (Freshers with good communication skills may apply) Salary Range: ₹10,000-12,000 Employment Type: Full-time Languages Required: Fluent in English , Hindi , and Marathi (additional languages are a plus) Job Summary: We are looking for a Telecaller to reach out to customers who have purchased our products (such as tablets, biometric devices, etc.) and collect feedback within 15 to 30 days of product delivery. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: Call customers post-purchase to gather product feedback. Record responses accurately and escalate any concerns or issues. Maintain a daily call log and update customer feedback in the system. Communicate effectively and politely in multiple languages. Coordinate with the support or sales team if follow-up is needed. Requirements: Fluency in English , Hindi , and Marathi (additional languages preferred) Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Basic computer knowledge Polite, patient, and professional telephone manner Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently 2nd and 4th Saturday off Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
