Position: Tender Coordinator Location: Sion, Mumbai Industry: Hardware & Networking Department: Sales & Business Development Experience: 4–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Tender Coordinator to manage and streamline the government e-procurement process. This role involves coordinating all tendering activities across platforms like GEM, e-Gov portals, Indiamart, and TradeIndia to support our sales and business development team. Responsibilities: Monitor and track tender opportunities on GEM, e-Government portals, TradeIndia, Indiamart, and newspapers Coordinate the product listing process on online platforms and ensure information is up to date Organize and manage tender bidding, ensuring all documentation is prepared and submitted within deadlines Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary inputs and ensure tender compliance Maintain detailed records for audits and future reference Generate business leads and follow up to convert them into tender participation Prepare tender-related reports, including MIS and progress tracking Support regulatory compliance with government tender guidelines and documentation protocols Candidate Profile: 4–5 years of relevant experience in tender management; hands-on experience with the GEM portal is essential Well-versed in government procurement procedures, documentation, and compliance Strong coordination and time management skills Proficient in MS Office and tendering platforms Educational Qualification: B.Com (any stream); Postgraduate degree is a plus Why Join Us: Comprehensive Health & Accidental Insurance Opportunity to work in a growing and dynamic business environment Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
