Position Overview

Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities

Tender Management (GEM & Offline Tenders)

  • Search, track, and evaluate relevant tenders on

    GEM

    , CPPP, e-procurement portals, and state portals.
  • Prepare and submit bids (technical & commercial) accurately within deadlines.
  • Upload required documents, manage BOQs, pricing sheets, and product catalogues on GEM.
  • Ensure compliance with tender specifications, eligibility criteria, and regulatory requirements.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain updated vendor registrations on all online tender portals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Logistics, QA/RA) for required documents.
  • Prepare declarations, authorization letters, and technical documents as per tender needs.
  • Maintain repository of product certifications, catalogues, and statutory documents.

Coordination & Follow-ups

  • Coordinate with government departments and purchasing authorities for bid status, clarifications, corrigenda, etc.
  • Track tender results, negotiate on GEM when required, and support order finalization.
  • Assist sales teams with pricing strategies and margin analysis for tenders.

MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain tender trackers, submission logs, and bid outcome reports.
  • Provide weekly/monthly tender status updates to management.
  • Analyze win/loss ratios and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate (Any discipline).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Tendering

    , preferably in

    IVD / Diagnostic / Medical Devices / Consumables

    industry.
  • Must have hands-on experience on GEM Portal

    —bid submission, catalogue creation, reverse auctions, RA/BA handling.
  • Strong understanding of tender processes (technical & commercial).
  • Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and online procurement portals.
  • Eye for detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
