1. Review of E-Procurement websites of different states, searching & downloading tenders according to company profile.
2. Registration of company with different types of Government Departments like PWD, WRD, PHED, IGNP, Railway, NHAI
3. Preparation of Bidding documents - Plant & Machinery, Key personnel, Financial data analysis
4. Knowledge of Bank Guarantee, payment on Govt. portals
5. Knowledge of E-Tendering process
6. Handling Emails queries, letters & reply with company norms.
7. Prepare quotations & submit through courier or Emails
8. Track record of submitted tender.
9. Attending the tender opening and pre-bid meeting when required.
10. Follow-ups of getting the documentation/pricing/solutions.
11. Follow-ups of the submitted tender till the result declaration.
12. Execution process of the winning bid.
13. Maintaining original documents with respect to the contract.
14. Able to work on multiple proposals, tenders, BQ's of various size and complexity.
15. Generates weekly tender status reports highlighting progress on concerned tenders.
MBA (Fin) / M.Com. / BE / B.Tech.-Civil Engg.
1. Well conversant with MS Office, modern gadgets like printer, scanner and English Communication
2. Should be able to Travel to offices/sites as & when required for Tendering purposes.
3. Skills - an eye for detailing, trouble shooter, decision making, Agile, Team working, Result orientation, Convincing power
