Job Summary:
The Tender Executive/Manager is responsible for overseeing the tendering process from the initial proposal to final submission. This role involves
working closely with the sales, legal, and technical teams to ensure that all tenders are accurate, competitive, and meet the client's requirements. The
ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Preparation and Submission:
- Analyze and evaluate tender documents, requirements, and client needs.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submission.
- Prepare and compile tender proposals, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with client specifications.
- Submit tender documents within the specified deadlines.
2. Bid Management:
- Manage the entire tender process, from receipt of the tender inquiry to the final submission.
- Review and edit tender submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of all tender submissions, outcomes, and feedback.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, legal, technical) to ensure all tender requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and address any questions or concerns.
- Conduct post-tender analysis and report on outcomes and lessons learned.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities.
- Analyze competitor tenders and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact the tender process.
5. Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify potential risks in the tendering process and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with company policies, legal requirements, and client specifications.
- Work with the legal team to address any contractual issues or concerns.
- Other Works,benefits and compensation will be decided by management as per the requirement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum [3] years of experience in tender management, bid coordination, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the tendering process, contract management, and procurement practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Experience in laundry construction, IT, hospitality
- Knowledge of tendering software, tools, or platforms.
