Job Description:

We are looking for a Tender Executive who will be responsible for filling tenders and managing related documentation. The candidate does not need to read or analyse tenders, as we already have a separate team for that.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with online tender portals such as GEM, CPP, or eProcurement platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Filling and uploading tender documents on relevant government and private portals.

Coordinating with the internal team to collect required documents.

Maintaining tender records, submissions, and deadlines.

Ensuring all uploaded documents are accurate and complete.

Supporting in preparing standard forms and documentation for tender submission.

Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate in any stream.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, PDF handling, document formatting).

Familiarity with GEM / eProcurement portals preferred.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Salary: ₹[20k To 25k ] per month (based on experience)
