Key Responsibilities

Tender Identification & Management

o   Regularly search and identify relevant tenders through government portals, private sources, and online platforms.

o   Maintain a database of upcoming and ongoing tenders.

·        Proposal Preparation

o   Draft, compile, and submit technical and financial proposals

data sheets, forms, and annexures

company credentials, supporting documents, and presentations

Planning & Scheduling

o   Create tender submission schedules and ensure timely preparation of documents.

o   Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to collect necessary information.

·        Financial Understanding

o   Perform basic financial calculations

bid cost sheets and comparative statements.

·        Client Coordination

o   Communicate with clients, consultants, and departments to clarify tender requirements.

o   Ensure smooth follow-ups and submission tracking.

·        Documentation & Reporting

o   Maintain tender-related records, agreements, and supporting documents systematically.

o   Provide periodic reports on tender status and submissions to management.

Required Skills
