Role Overview

Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify relevant tenders from government portals and private clients.
Study tender documents (RFP, RFQ, EOI) and extract key requirements.
Coordinate with technical, finance, and management teams for data collection.
Assist in preparing bid proposals, documentation, and submission.
Maintain database of tenders, submissions, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Support during pre-bid meetings, client clarifications, and negotiations.
Track competitor activities and market trends in renewable EPC tenders.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Management (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
2–5 years
of experience in tendering, contracts, or bid documentation (EPC/Infrastructure/Renewable preferred).
Knowledge of
RRECL, RVPNL, SECI, NTPC, DISCOM tenders
is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong documentation, coordination, and time management skills.
Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy.
