We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Solar KUSUM Projects (1.5–5 MW)

Project Manager

What You’ll Do

Manage
end-to-end execution
of solar projects – from
land acquisition
to commissioning.
Liaise with
DISCOM officials, revenue officers, and government agencies
for smooth clearances.
Lead site teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver projects
on time and within budget
.
Ensure compliance with MNRE/DISCOM standards and maintain
quality & safety
at site.
Handle documentation for
subsidy claims and project closure
.

What We’re Looking For

5–8 years
of solar EPC project experience (1.5–10 MW scale).
1–2 years’ exposure to KUSUM projects
preferred (scheme is new, so openness to learn is key).
Strong ability to work with
local DISCOMs, revenue officers, and rural stakeholders
.
Excellent project planning, cost control, and team leadership skills.
Education:
B.E./B.Tech
(Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy).
Hindi & English communication
required (local dialects an advantage).
